World Parkinson Congress Wrap Up

From all indications, the 4th World Parkinson Congress held in Portland in September was a resounding success.  The triennial Congress brought together physicians, neuroscientists, a broad range of other health professionals, care partners, and people with PD (PwPs) for a unique and inspiring experience.

The Congress offered health care companies the opportunity to promote their latest pharmaceuticals and therapies.  In fact it proved to be the venue for the launch of a new promotional campaign for Rytary, featuring our PD SELF captain Steve Femminineo.  Here is a photo from the printed material in the promotion:
