Session number 2 of the Detroit PD SELF program is just around the corner! Our next meeting is Monday November 14th, meeting again in the Conference Room inside the building that houses the Michigan Parkinson Foundation offices - 30400 Telegraph Rd., Bingham Farms, MI. The emphasis in session 2 is to learn the principals of self efficacy, and the four-pronged approach developed by Dr. Albert Bandura. These principals can be applied to many aspects of our lives, and are not limited to dealing with PD.
