Module 3 of the PD SELF program deals with assembling your healthcare team, as well as maximizing the time you spend with your doctor/neurologist/movement disorder specialist. We meet this Monday, December 12th at 1:00 pm at 30400 Telegraph Rd in Bingham Farms. We look forward to meeting with all of you, and to see how we have progressed on our goals set last month!
