Module 7 - This Wednesday

Reminder:  This Wednesday April 11th, we meet for the 7th time as a group.  This month's module focus is on strengthening the Patient/Care Partner relationship.  We will meet at Noon at the conference room in the MPF office building, and the meeting should run no later than 3 hours.  Please come prepared to discuss your experiences as either a PD patient or care partner.
